what's wrong with calling?
technology increases the impatience in people.
and many get so annoyed when the connection is slow or
by the sound of that ring tone or having the same freaking person keep calling.
i admit i am one myself; getting annoyed and all
but it's like a cycle, we as customers keep calling companies to lodge a complaint.
the CSO must be feeling annoyed after listening to complaints and all.
poor thing!
and when the CSO gets home, he/she will complain to the next.
it just keep going as we are never ever content.
but i was calling most of the time to check how's things from your point of view
and at times random things here and there.
i know things haven't been going smooth-sailing
but then you freaking don't have to be so DAMN annoyed
by typing "what is it" and wanting to know then don't bother
just simply said you are busy or i will get back to you and i will leave you alone.
